So, you’re going to have a trade show baby. How exciting!
Let’s help you create and deploy a winner. We’ve created a document for you to get cracking on your trade environment. This is not exclusively for trade shows: use it for any experiential deployment with your brand on it. The document does not detail the briefing and production of the creative elements of your trade experience (we can help you with that) but the planning and execution of it.
There are three sections to get you on your way:
- Layout
- Binder of Wonder
- Bin of Plenty
Free advice: Never conceive of a booth that one person can’t set up themselves in a 10×10. Two people for a 10×20 or 20×20. If you have more dedicated help (not just bodies), great, but things go sideways – sick kids, missed flights, car accidents, industry benders the night before. Semper paratus.
Let’s get started. Beyond your display/structure/hardware, you will need:
- A binder with 15 sleeve/pouches
- Tabbed dividers
- One or more plastic bins with lids
- Masking tape
There will be more items for you to source further in the document you can download below.
